Final preparations and new travel guidance for the pumpkin patch
The 13 October vlog covers final barn preparations, a pumpkin hoodie preview, and the announced Unity Mill parking and Woodley/330 travel guidance.
The team is continuing preparations for the 2026 pumpkin patch, with more of the new barn's look coming together ahead of visitors arriving.
The latest vlog follows work on the shop frontage, pumpkin displays and maize decoration, along with further cladding and shelving inside the converted container. A photo area is also being prepared, while new artwork is being planned for the entrance. Tom previews a pumpkin hoodie intended for the event and shares another look at the effort going into the setup.
Getting there
Event parking is announced at Unity Mill for £3 cash, with correct change required. Parking is limited to two hours, and visitors are asked to return before the gates close at 6pm. Farm admission remains a separate 90-minute session.
For visitors using public transport, Tom recommends Woodley station. The 330 bus also serves Woodley, with stops at the station on Hyde Road. Check current transport information and the event's final directions before travelling.
Before you set off
Wellies and strong bags for pumpkins remain essential things to bring. The field can still become muddy, and the team asks everyone to respect their booked session, neighbouring businesses and local access routes. Meeting Tom or the team is not guaranteed as part of admission.
Exact event dates, prices and a verified booking link remain unconfirmed. Watch the latest vlog to follow the preparations, and check the visit page before setting off.
