Before you head over.

Everything you need to plan a visit — confirmed details only.
Can I visit the farm any time?+

No — the farm is a working site. It's only open to the public during announced events. Check What's On for dates.

Where is the entrance and parking?+

Arrival details should come with each official event announcement. The company's registered office and the shop's returns address aren't visitor entrances, so please don't use them for directions.

Is the site accessible?+

Accessibility information will be confirmed for each event. Get in touch if you have specific needs.

I have a question about a shop order.+

Email support@the110.co. Support runs Monday to Friday; weekend messages are answered the next business day. These are shop support hours, not farm opening times.

What is The 110 Farm?+

A 110-acre farm project linked to Tom Cassell (Syndicate / Life of Tom) in the Gee Cross / Hyde area of Greater Manchester. The building work, the growing and the events are shared through videos, and there's branded clothing too.

Why is it called The 110?+

The name matches the 110 acres Tom describes and the brand's "110% effort" message. The official naming story hasn't been confirmed.

Is this the official website?+

No. This is an unofficial fan site. It isn't run by, affiliated with or endorsed by The 110, Tom Cassell or the Syndicate. For official news, follow Life of Tom or visit the110.co.

Can I buy tickets for 2026?+

No 2026 dates or tickets have been officially announced yet. Only buy through official links from The 110 — this site doesn't sell tickets.

Is there food, animals or camping?+

None of these have been confirmed as visitor offers. Seeing something in a video doesn't mean visitors can book it, so check official event details when they're released.

Where can I buy The 110 merch?+

From the official shop at the110.co. Past ranges included Horizon and IMPOSSIBLE T-shirts, a clip keychain and a sticker pack. Stock and prices change, so check the shop itself.

Where can I follow the farm?+

The Life of Tom YouTube channel and Tom's Instagram (@syndicate) cover the farm. Accounts named @the110farm on Instagram, TikTok and X have been reported, but this site hasn't confirmed them.
