The Secret Project reveal

From gaming channel to 110 acres

Tom Cassell is best known online as Syndicate, one of the UK's longest-running YouTube creators, who built his audience on Minecraft and Call of Duty videos before moving into daily vlogs on his Life of Tom channel. The farm became the biggest story on that channel.

A video index dates the public "Secret Project" reveal on Life of Tom to 26 August 2024. That listing is a secondary source, so the date is a strong lead rather than an official founding date. The phrase stuck: "#secretproject" still appears on farm videos from Tom and Chris Off Roads in 2026.

Why "the 110"?

In his August 2026 video Tom describes owning 110 acres. The number also matches the brand's line about giving everything "110% effort" — the farm's early holding page read: "A location dedicated to living the dream and giving everything 110% effort!" The official naming story hasn't been set out, so this fan site treats both as connected rather than claiming one as the reason.

Where it is

Local reporting and business records place the farm in the Gee Cross area of Hyde, Tameside, in Greater Manchester. This fan site deliberately doesn't publish a visitor address — event arrival details should come from official announcements only.

What hasn't been shared

When or how the land was bought, and what it cost, haven't been made public. The video above is the likely original reveal upload, found through that index; its full content hasn't been checked here.
