Beyond the Farm: Alfie's birthday and castle fireworks

A birthday morning in Hong Kong

After the decorations and laughter of the previous episode, Alfie's birthday begins with presents, cake and family time in Hong Kong, celebrating turning three.

A family tradition, and a turtle pendant

Remembering the gold axe Lydia's grandmother gave him, Tom wants to carry a gold-gift tradition forward. After street-food buns, dim sum and a ferry crossing towards Kowloon, the family chooses a turtle pendant for Alfie and arrange to have it made, with collection still to come. The piece is not ready to take away that day; collection by the family or a friend is discussed.

Back to Disneyland

The day continues at Hong Kong Disneyland, where Halloween decorations have been removed. There is a birthday badge, a performance and a birthday interaction and photo opportunity. After a meal, they head to reserved castle-fireworks viewing. Having seen fireworks from their hotel earlier in the trip, the family finally gets to watch from inside the park. The meal and viewing arrangements are Tom's account of this visit, not guaranteed package terms or a reservation guide.

A goodbye, but not the end of the holiday

They prepare to leave their current hotel, but Tom makes clear the holiday is continuing. The next destination remains unconfirmed in the vlog. A possible birthday party, bonfire and fireworks after returning home, combined with Farmer Joe's birthday, remain private celebration plans, not a public farm event.

There is no new public farm opening update in this vlog. The full 2026 pumpkin patch remains complete and closed.
